Driver Documents and Requirements
As for the minimum age to rent a car, you must be at least 21 years old and have held a driver’s license for at least two years. Additionally, drivers aged between 21 and 24 years old must pay a supplement of 8€ per rental day (to be paid separately at the office).
Regarding the maximum age to rent a car, you cannot exceed 75 years old for the safety of both the driver, passengers, and the vehicles themselves. Furthermore, drivers aged between 70 and 75 years old must pay a supplement of 5€ per rental day (to be paid separately at the office).
Modifications and cancellations
If your flight is delayed, you should know that we do not charge any extra fee, unless it involves a vehicle pickup outside of office hours, which incurs an additional cost of 20€.
Furthermore, once you have picked up the car, you can extend the reservation as long as there is availability for the upcoming days, meaning there is no other reservation from another person who wants to use the same vehicle. Additionally, if you return the car later than the contract has established, you will be charged 15€ for every 60 minutes of delay.
Vehicles and extras
We offer different types of manual or automatic vehicles with a capacity of between 4 and 9 seats. As for the vehicle, there are no extras since it is covered with all possible coverage: Comprehensive insurance without excess, full-full fuel, unlimited kilometers, up to 3 free drivers and towing service.
On the other hand, there are extra seats and strollers for babies and bike racks.
Payment methods
We offer maximum convenience when it comes to payments. You have the option to pay online or pay at the office when picking up the vehicle. If you choose to pay at the office, you will still need to provide a reference card when booking online, from which charges will only be applied in case of a no-show on of the reservation. At the office, we accept cash and credit or debit cards.
